Help departments use technology profitably. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency. Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance. Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

My Advice to Anyone Seeking a Career at ZMG
I joined ZMG for their passionate and inclusive culture that is highly focused on expanding their operations. My advice to anyone seeking a career with ZMG or in multifamily is to follow your passion and align yourself with a company who reflects your values and who’s goals you are excited by. What we have and are building at ZMG is unique to multifamily- an interesting and diverse group of individuals collaborating towards the same goals of growth and optimization. We celebrate and seek out those with different strengths than we currently have to help better shape solutions.
