The Village at Sandstone Apartments is a phase two project that boasts 5 new buildings, 120-units and upgraded amenities and clubhouse to be shared by both phases. Buildings are slated to go-live consecutively following the first building with the target of all buildings live in the summer of 2024. We are extremely proud of our team for executing on this project during difficult supply chain shortages and overcoming the hurtles of our first development. We thank our partners for making this possible.

#ZMG held our annual food and coat drive at each community within our portfolio. Thanks to the generosity and kindness of our residents and teams, collectively enough food was donated to provide 2,188 meals and 548 coats to those in need.
